Weekly Short Term Rental

Short Term/Weekly Rentals are Available:

Cedar Point - Pierce House with very short term rentals that are very affordable.  The apartment is so centrally located that it is great for all types of situations:

Family Holidays - Whether you are on vacation, or in the area for a family reunion, wedding,  holiday,  etc. we are right here in Brentwood.  Why stay with your parents, while you are in town, along with all your cousins, brothers and sisters.  How about getting some sleep in your own space.

We're Better Than a Hotel - Many of the hotels in Nashville are extremely expensive, and the expensive parking is brain numbing.  Just come to Pierce House 10 to 15 minutes from downtown.  It's quiet and peaceful with free parking, and we're here to help you find anything you may need.   Go have fun, but come back to a real home . . . the kitchen alone will save expense.

Only need a Week or Two Before Your House is Available -  I know it's crazy moving in from out of town, or selling your home and having to wait until your new home is available.  This is why we set up Pierce House, to give Real Estate agents and their Clients a helping hand.  Of course it's much cheaper monthly, but it's still a great rate for 1260 square feet of space.  If you have children and stay at a nice hotel it requires two or more rooms, or everyone is crowded into one room with two beds.  How long can any family take that much togetherness, as well as the cost of constantly dining out.

Hotel Rooms Cost - average $285 per night plus taxes and gratuities in Nashville.  If you need a space with a kitchen (residential type inns)  for longer stays they can start at $350 or more per night.  It's noisy and feels commercial, no matter what the name states.

Per Night Price is $250.00 for up to 3 people (One couple, one child).  $275.00 for 4 people (change out for twin beds, baby bed cost).

Per Week - 6 nights/7 days it drops to $200 per night for up to 3 people (One couple, one child).  $225 for 4 people (change out for twin beds, baby bed cost).

2 Weeks - 14 days/13 nights is an amazing $185 per night for up to 3 people (One couple, one child).
$200 for 4 people (change out for twin beds, baby bed cost).

Pets - Non refundable Pet Charge of $50 per animal, small dogs and cats only, well maintained and potty trained animals only.

We require a Credit Card for a deposit and a valid drivers license or passport.  There is no deposit for daily rentals, however you are still responsible for keeping the property in perfect shape.  Damages will be assessed if property is not taken care of properly.

NO SMOKING:  No smoking on the property at all, no smoking inside the apartment, no smoking on the grounds, and no smoking in the parking lot.  Many Adults and Children suffer from allergies and asthma, not to mention the damage smoke does to everything it touches and the potential for fires.  $200 Fine without exception for any cigarette butts, smoke, etc. if found during your stay, so please tell your friends and visitors.

6 Months or Less - 1260 Square Feet of Living Space Furnished and Utilities
$ 2200.00  (Including a $800 refundable deposit once the space is reviewed and given the okay upon your leaving.  We prefer a prepaid credit card with this amount, it's easier to handle and get back to you at the end of the lease,  However a check is acceptable, we require one week to refund deposits made by check.)

18 Months or Less - 1260 Square Feet of Living Space Furnished and Utilities
$ 1900.00  (Including a $1000 refundable deposit once the space is reviewed and given the okay upon your leaving. We prefer a prepaid credit card with this amount, it's easier to handle and get back to you at the end of your stay. However a check is acceptable, we require one week to refund deposits made by check.)

2 Years or More/Less - Is long term leasing and may be negotiated.

*See Concierge Services and Maid Services Available.

Pets Cost: A $200 non refundable pet deposit for dogs and cats.  We only allow small breed dogs and cats weighing under 20lbs.  They must be potty trained and well mannered. Please bring your own vacuum for the pet hair, we are trying to keep allergans out of the apartment vacuum because so many renters have allergies/asthma.

NO SMOKING: We do not allow any smoking of any kind, not Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Pipes, Marijuana, or Cigars!  Many Adults and Children suffer from allergies, asthma, etc. and cannot stay in a place contaminated with these carcinogens.  The NO SMOKING means, no smoking in the apartment, in the bathroom of the apartment, in the storage areas of the apartment, outside the door, no smoking in the yard area, and no smoking in the parking area.  To my smokers, you can thank past tenants for this rule, with cigarette butts found in sink drains, under beds, burning furniture, butts in the flowers and mulch, and my favorite the guy who dumped a years worth of butts from his car ashtray in the parking lot.  NO SMOKERS thank you.

Additional Costs:  May be added at our discretion if we are abused by our clients regarding utilities.  Example:  We know pretty closely what the electrical, water costs should be for the space to keep everyone comfortable.  If you decide to turn the heat way up or air way down and then open all the windows because you like the outside air you will be billed for the excess.  If you decide to open a catering business using the kitchen and the oven is on day and night there will be an extra bill for your expenses.  If you decide to wash cars for your child's cheer leading fund raiser, etc.  (And yes this has happened.) Please be a good and courteous neighbor, use common sense, and be good to the environment by shutting off lights when you leave the room.  Don't leave the doors and windows open and unattended. Don't waste water by leaving things running unnecessarily.  Thank you.

Upcoming Renovations

Scheduled for next Season we are adding a Master Suite with extra bath to the location:  Stay tuned for the New Additions.

Closest Park:

We have a beautiful little walking park with swings, basketball court, and covered eating pavilions right off of Concord Road.  Simply leave our door and turn right onto Maupin,  turn right onto Waller, go .07 of a mile to Concord Rd. turn right, and less than a mile turn left into the park.  It's pet friendly.

Even closer, we have two acres of land, as well as walking on Maupin Road.

Love Walking and Bicycling. . . Try Maupin Road:

Maupin Road is a dead end road with soft hills and beautiful country scenery.  Many walkers from nearby subdivisions us Maupin to walk their dogs, its safe with very little traffic.  From our door to the turn around at the end and back is exactly one mile.   We have the nearby walking park which is more flat and has markers indicating the length of the path.  It's a safe place for little bicyclers with training wheels as well as skates, and tricycles.  For grown ups and regular bicyclists there are paths all over.  You can hop on at the YMCA, at the Williamson County Rec Center, or take Crocket Road, turn right onto Volunteer Pkwy,  and straight into Crocket Park.   There is beautiful scenery everywhere and lots of parking, a very beautiful and safe location.

Traveling to Interstate 24 and Whats along the Way:

From Pierce House to hit Int. 24 is less than 6 miles. Leaving our door turn right onto Maupin, go 100 feet, turn right onto Waller, go .07 of a mile to Concord Rd., turn Right on Concord Rd.  In less than a mile it dead ends into Nolensville Road (Hwy 41).  Turn Right onto Nolensville Rd., go less than a mile to the first light at Burkett Road and turn Left.  Burkett Road takes you directly to Int. 24.

From Int. 24 you can be into down town Nashville in less than 15 minutes, to the right there is Smyrna  in 7 minutes, and to Murfreesboro in 20 minutes.

Grocery Stores and Restaurants Along the Way

If you turn right onto Concord Road, in less than a mile you will have a Publix Grocery Store with the very nicest staff.  There is a dry cleaners as well as a Kroger  on the hill (with gas station).  There is a WalGreens right on the corner.

In the Publix Shopping Center, you have a Jets Pizza (eat in available) as well as a Chinese restaurant and a great Ice Cream shop.  There is a manicurist shop as well as Great clips hair shop where walk ins are welcome.

In the Kroger Shopping Center, there is a great Mexican Restaurant, a fantastic Japanese Restaurant, a Subway, as well as a Frozen Yogurt shop.   Plus there is a McDonalds and a Tacobell for fast food.

Explore the old township of Nolensville:

If you go right onto Concord Road you will stop at the crossroads of Nolensville Pike/Road.  Simply turn right and in two miles or so you enter the township of Nolensville.  There are Restaurants and Antique shops galore, and they are building so fast we don't know what's going to happen next.  They have just finished the new Nolensville Town Hall.

There is a great old time hamburger shop called HWY55 Hamburgers,

Martin's Barbecue, another fine Mexican Restaurant called Campo Azure Mexican Restaurant, and many little one of a kind shops.  There is a meat and three in the old section of town called Nana's, which has the best catfish on Thursdays.   For great coffee, tea, and one of a kind sandwiches, try Mama's Java Cafe on Sheldons Valley Ave.   Great hand made pizza at Amicos Italian Pizza, beside Yuno's Sushi.

There is a Farmers Market at the Historic Nolensville School, now town center.   With wonderful organic vegetables, grass feed beef, organic pork products, hand made soaps, and fresh herbs.  It runs all summer, into the fall.

Shopping Fun:

Cool Springs Gallery/Mall:  We're located near great shopping experiences, like Cool Springs Gallery/Mall area.  Simply go to Concord Road and turn left.  In about two (2) miles turn left again at Crockett Road at the light (beside the Governors Club Golf course) you will pass Dolly's Parton's house on the right( watch your speed through here the police love this hill).  Crockett Road dead ends into Wilson Pike at a light, turn left once more and take the first Right, onto Moores Lane at the light, and a right or left turn will take you to the Cool Springs area/mall.  It takes about 15 mins. to get there because of slow street speeds and traffic.  But as everything in Brentwood it is a beautiful drive.

Smyrna:  Smyrna offers shopping and a movie theater location right off Interstate 24.  You take the 1st Smyrna Exit and the shopping center is right off the Interstate on the Left, and spreads all the way into Smyrna.  Approximately 10 to 15 minutes there.

Murfreesboro Outdoors Mall:  Is brand new with all the regular shops and many more.  They have it beautifully landscaped and offer some of the best shopping you'll find, and easy to get to.  Simply take Int. 24 and take the Hospital Road Exit.  to the left, the Mall is on your Right, can't miss it.

Antique Shopping Information:

Start in Nolensville township for great Antique browsing and lots of fun.  The French Hens shop is one of our favorites, well organized and great prices.

Antique Shops in Franklin are all in one area, in beautiful downtown Franklin.  Don't miss the square for unique shops and dining experiences.

Cedar Point - Pierce House is conveniently located near so much, with the added bonus of being in the country and in the city at the same time.  Whether work or play, we'll get you there.

Main Bathroom

What a great Bathroom, modern and fun.

I know one bathroom can be an issue for some, but we've eliminated most of the problem by adding a makeup area in the master bedroom, along with bright lighting and a flexible close up mirror,  as well as storage for hair and makeup products below.  We've also added a mirror over the kitchen sink for overflow in the bathroom, like brushing teeth, etc.

Bedroom (2nd)

What a playfull space, for children and adults alike.  Our book headboard and funky lights make it a pleasure to lay in bed and read a good book.  We offer twin beds if you need them, just let us know.  The room is full of shelves for pictures, toys, etc. the things that help your family feel a little more like they are home.

This is a fun room with plenty of space,  don't forget for our long term guests you may want to bring your own pillows.

Master Bedroom

Snuggle into the Master Bedroom with it's wonderful comfortable queen size sleigh bed, two closets, and dressing/makeup mirror.

We have linens and blankets for the beds but many of our long term guests love bringing their own bedding with them, just a touch from home.  There is something special about the smells and textures of your own personal items ,so of course bring them along if you wish to,  and don't forget your own pillows!!!
Your own personal pillow is unique, I never travel without my husband's pillow. . .yes he is a baby.
Oh Yes, it's very quiet around here, but if you sleep with a sound machine, bring that along as well.  Some people can't sleep without white noise.

Fun Family Room

You'll love this space from selves with plenty of space for your own family photographs, to leather sofa, and office space.  It's warm family feel gives you a real home feel that you will never get from a hotel.  We have filled the room with fun books, workspace, relaxing comfortable seating, all you need is to bring is your family.

We have for you Cable Television, Netflix Movies, and a DVD Player for those movies your children watch daily.  We also offer free WI-FI  for all your needs.  And, we actually have books, and games, (real ones that you touch and play manually, together)
Again, we have shelves with plenty of space so bring family photos, those personal items that make a space feel like home.

Eat in Kitchen

You will love this eat in Kitchen, with all the things you need.  If you are tired of the high cost of eating out all the time while on vacation, or waiting to move into your beautiful new home, this is the kitchen for you.  From new tile floors to concrete counter on our island, the space is modern and warm.

We have a great stocked basic kitchen.  However, if you are a gourmet chef or have an "I can't work in my kitchen without . . . . ." item bring it along.  For example:  if you make rice every day bring your rice cooker or wok,  if you have your grandmother's skillet that you use for your world class cornbread, bring that,  or especially an espresso machine that you can't start your day without, of course bring that too!
Other items to bring would be for children,  there is nothing worse than a two year old little person, looking at you, asking for their "Barbie Plate" and you know it's packed at the very bottom of some box in storage. . . horrifying.
The only other things you need comes straight from your refrigerator, and pantry.  Put everything that is food stuff into coolers and boxes, (including spices/herbs) bring them first, and you're ready to cook once you are here.
